Our Grind to Glory , sponsored by Southern Housing, returns for its second year, traveling to various schools in Northeast Mississippi to preview the upcoming football season. We begin with the Golden Wave, led by Coach Tai Harden, entering his fifth year. After back-to-back district championships, Tupelo faces a challenging schedule, two champions and playoff rivals Central and Starkville High. Key player J.J. Hill, a junior running back, is set to the offense. Coach Harden emphasizes staying healthy and lucky for playoff . The season kicks off on August 30th against White Haven Tigers. Ty Hardin is entering year five as the head coach of the Tupelo Golden Wave. Hardin has this program on a roll as they have won back-to-back district championships.
