Gold Strike Casino in Tunica sold
Gold Strike Casino Resort, an MGM property in Tunica, has been sold.
An announcement made this morning said the sale was approved by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
The company acquiring Gold Strike is CNE Gaming Holdings LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Cherokee Nation Businesses.
CNE Gaming Holdings bought Gold strike from Mandalay Resort Group, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International, the parent company of Beau Rivage Casino Resort in Biloxi. The purchase price was $450 million in cash.
