Four suspects charged with armed robbery in Jackson County

Four suspects, including a 16-year-old, are in the Jackson County Adult Detention Center, charged with armed robbery.

Around 9:30 Monday night, August 22^nd, deputies responded to a shots fired call in the parking lot of the Motel 6 near Ocean Springs exit 50.

Sheriff Mike Ezell says several people reported they were robbed at gunpoint and the suspects drove off. A little while later, Ocean Springs police found with all four suspects inside.

Investigators recovered the items stolen from the victims. They also found four handguns, two assault rifles, 80 grams of cocaine,…

One arrested, one wanted in fatal Gulfport shooting

SUMMARY: A fatal shooting occurred in Gulfport on April 28, 2025, when suspects Paul Ravin Martin Jr. and Kevin Eugene James opened fire on individuals in the Holly Circle area. Three victims were injured, and 16-year-old Cobi Earnest later died from gunshot wounds.
