SUMMARY: The Vicksburg Celebrity Basketball Game is a popular event held annually and was headlined by Vicksburg native and Superbowl champion Malcom Butler along with famous comedian Famous Amos. The event was free and had a full house, with more people trying to get in than the gym could hold. YBN Clothing Brand beat the firefighters in the first game before the celebrity main event. Rapper J-Rock showed off his skills on the court. Basketball legends Malik Newman and Shaq Buchanan, who hail from Callaway and Madison Central, were also present and said it’s always fun to come back to Mississippi and inspire the kids.
