Florists say shop local, order early for Valentine's Day
SUMMARY: This content discusses the importance of shopping local for Valentine’s Day flowers. Florists stress the significance of supporting local businesses, as opposed to ordering from online flower services that may not actually be local. Flowers are a result of hard work and a lot of upkeep, and may cost more from a florist, but provide higher quality and care. Delaying flower orders can make it difficult to find what you need, as florists may run out of flowers. Supporting local florists is encouraged for a more personalized and thoughtful gift.
