Flash flood warning issued for much of central Mississippi
SUMMARY: Tropical Storm Francine, which made landfall as a Category 2 hurricane in Louisiana, is now affecting Mississippi. SUMMARY: Mississippi’s only major-league affiliated team, the Biloxi Shuckers, was eliminated from the 2025 Southern League playoffs after a 4-2 loss to the Montgomery Biscuits in game two of the Division Series.
