Donations coming in for Turkey Drive 16

SUMMARY: Today, Cecil Hannibal is partnering with the Mississippi Food Network to collect turkeys for Mississippi families in need. The turkey drive will run all day at several Kroger stores across the metro until 7 p.m. Mikayla Franklin is reporting live from Kroger on I-55 in Jackson, where they have already collected 27 turkeys. Other stores in Clinton, Madison, and the spillway are also participating. Over $3,700 has been donated so far. If you can’t bring a turkey, you can also bring beans, greens, potatoes, or tomatoes. Everyone is encouraged to come out and support this important cause.
