Dexter Wade’s initial autopsy findings show blunt force injuries
SUMMARY: An independent autopsy of Wade's body revealed that it had not been embalmed and was in an advanced state of decomposition. Pathologist Doctor Frank Peretti reported multiple blunt force injuries to the skull, ribs, and pelvis, as well as an amputated left leg and evidence that Wade's body had been run over by a car. JTRAN union leader discusses recent “sickouts”
