Defense attorney for former Booneville asst. coach files response to govt.’s request to keep him in

Kenny Paul Gino’s defense attorney filed a response to the government’s request to keep him in jail, arguing that the FBI agent who testified against his client took over the case recently and failed to interview one of the victims. The attorney also claimed that there is no Snapchat documentation between Gino and the alleged victims and mentioned that one victim admitted to consensual sex with Gino when she was 17. Gino was granted an unsecured $110,000 bond after character witnesses spoke on his behalf.
