Belhaven’s head football coach sets all-time wins record

Blaine McCorkle is now the all-time winningest head coach in Belhaven football history. The Blazers shutout Greensboro on Saturday and the 34-0 win got Coach McCorkle his 25th as the Blazers head coach. McCorkle is the 7th head coach in program history since it started in 1998. After being named head coach in 2018 he’s turned the Blazers into a winning program. But he stresses there is still a lot more for his team to accomplish.
