The Rev. William Barber said Monday that he and his organization are prepared to file a against the State of Mississippi in the wake of Jackson’s water crisis, saying the state is violating fair housing regulations.

The comments came Monday night during Barber’s second visit to Jackson as part of his Moral Monday rallies, held in front of the governor’s mansion.
