Around $223,000 raised during Dance Like The Stars

SUMMARY: “Dance Like the Stars” celebrated its 19th year of fundraising for the Boys and Girls Club of North Mississippi, featuring performances from nine celebrity dancers who raised a total of $223,200. Georgia Kate Connor of Ripley was the top fundraiser, securing over $47,000. Robert Bass and Katie Haywood ranked second and third, raising over $25,000 each. The dancers teamed up with professional instructors from a Tupelo dance studio and managed to raise over $200,000 before the event. A panel of judges came from Asheville, North Carolina, and nearby Mississippi to evaluate the performances.

Dance Like The Stars marked 19 years of raising money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Mississippi Saturday night.
