Amory police speaks on two recent homicide cases

The second case involves Dorcas Neely, who is charged with attempted murder for an assault on Hatley Road. The victim’s identity will not be revealed out of respect for the family. Despite these incidents, Chief Bowen assures that Amry remains a safe place to live and work. Both suspects are currently being held without bond at the Monroe County Adult Detention Center.

Two recent attacks have been the talk of the town in Amory.
