This weekend, Ole Miss women’s basketball coach held a backpack giveaway, attracting K-6 kids who lined up early. The event, organized by coach and her No Ceilings Foundation, provided backpacks filled with school supplies, water bottles, headphones, and fun activities like snow cones and face painting. Despite challenging times, local families expressed gratitude for such opportunities to help their children. Coach Yo plans to host another giveaway tomorrow in Grenad Square from 5 to 6:30 PM for those who missed this one.

School starts the first week of August for most students. The No Ceilings Foundation by Ole Miss Head Basketball Coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin hosted its second annual back to school giveaway July 25th.
