SUMMARY: Charlie Kirk, a conservative activist, was assassinated in broad daylight on a university campus. The FBI has released surveillance images of a person of interest described as looking like a college student, who they believe shot and killed Kirk from a nearby rooftop. Investigators collected forensic evidence including footwear impressions and palm prints. The shooter, dressed in jeans, a black shirt, and vest, remains at large.
