VIDEO: Black Women’s Roundtable discusses equal pay bills

In 2019, Alabama became the 49th to pass equal pay legislation, making Mississippi the only state without pay equity or sex-based employment discrimination laws. In this episode of MT Speaks, Will Stribling talks about the bills with executive director of Black Women’s Roundtable Cassandra Welchlin.
