The Second Air Force Commander, Maj. Gen Michele Edmondson, relieved the Col. William H. Hunter as wing commander at today, for a loss of trust and confidence in his ability to effectively command the 81st Training Wing.

A national Coastal Resilience Fund Project has been awarded to in partnership with Mississippi University.

This project is one of seven national Coastal Resilience grants receiving a huge amount of funding.
