Tuesday brings another ABC 36 Weather Impact Day with a strong low pressure system and cold front bringing a Level 3 severe risk in southern Kentucky, including damaging winds, large hail, isolated tornadoes, and heavy rain causing flash flood concerns. What should Kentuckians expect ahead of a heavy travel weekend?
