The 6-foot-4, 205-pound Gwinnett County pitcher faces a tough choice between signing a pro contract or playing college baseball at the University of Georgia. Livingston didn’t make Hebron’s pitching rotation until this spring, which fueled his work ethic. He’s grateful for the opportunity but knows the decision will bring some regret either way.
