The Games also introduced boxing and freestyle wrestling. The auction included other Olympic memorabilia, with prices for such items often reaching high amounts. missouriindependent.com – Anna Spoerre – 2025-01-17 05:55:00

SUMMARY: On his first day as Missouri House Speaker, Jon Patterson highlighted the complexity of defining fetal viability. With a recent voter-approved amendment protecting abortion until viability, lawmakers must address this ambiguous term, which varies among medical professionals. Dr. Colleen McNicholas argues that attempting to legislate viability risks politicizing medical care. Anti-abortion lawmakers are considering changes, including potential amendments to restrict abortion access further. While some, like former Chief Justice Michael Wolff, maintain the current amendment adequately defines viability, concerns remain that attempting to redefine it could lead to unenforceable legislation and compromise patient care.
