SUMMARY: Mississippi experienced a dangerous storm producing twin tornadoes. The same supercell responsible for severe damage and powerful tornadoes in southern counties moved through northern Walthall and Jefferson Davis counties. The storm caused significant debris, particularly over Taylorsville. Both tornadoes were confirmed on the ground, with one tracking into northern Louisiana. Wind speeds reached 100 mph, indicating potential F3 intensity. Emergency management faced challenges in disseminating information quickly due to the ongoing crisis. Despite some weakening, the storm remained strong and dangerous as it continued its destructive path.

Supercells produced two tornadoes that were in the same counties simultaneously.
