Who was Elijah Ming? Tributes roll in for Wyandotte County deputy shot, killed in KCK

Neighbor yelled homophobic slurs before brutally beating 22-year-old CNA, loved ones say
SUMMARY: A Bethalto, Illinois man, Joshua Morrison, is jailed after brutally beating 22-year-old Winston Rulo at their apartment and setting a vehicle on fire. Relatives say Morrison shouted homophobic slurs before the attack, causing Rulo serious injuries including skull, nose, and eye fractures.
