Man arrested 3 years after Orlando crash that killed 2, injured landscaper

SUMMARY: A man was arrested three years after a deadly Orlando crash that killed two people and severely injured a landscaper. Christian Carlson, 22 at the time, was driving over 84 mph in a 45 mph zone on University Boulevard when he crashed into a car, causing it to flip and hit landscaper David Small. Small suffered multiple broken bones and lasting trauma. The victims in the car—a 44-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man—died in the crash. Carlson, now 25, faces vehicular homicide and reckless driving charges and is held on \$25,000 bond. Small and his family continue to cope with the tragedy.
