Other Oscarina Leta has never met former President Jimmy Carter, she felt compelled to bring a photo of her late mother with her as she paid her respects at the Carter Center Monday. Leta said her mother thought highly of the Carter family when she was alive, making her visit extra sentimental.

Teen girl, mother killed in ‘domestic murder-suicide’ | FOX 5
