SUMMARY: The City of Huntsville, Alabama, has implemented speed limit adjustments to enhance roadway safety. On Balch Road, a two-mile segment from U.S. Highway 72 to Capshaw Road, the speed limit has been reduced from 45 mph to 40 mph.
