Former attorney’s appeal withdrawn as Atlantic Beach moves to resolve election dispute
SUMMARY: The Atlantic Beach Municipal Election Commission addressed ongoing issues from the November 2023 election. Carla Taylor won a Town Council seat, but Shan Swinson protested the results.
