The FBI has released surveillance images of a person of interest described as looking like a college student, who they believe shot and killed Kirk from a nearby rooftop. UPDATE: Departure delayed for plane taking South Korean workers back
SUMMARY: A South Korean charter plane landed in Atlanta to repatriate Korean workers detained in a Sept. 4 U.S. immigration raid at a Hyundai battery plant in Georgia. Over 300 South Koreans were among 475 workers arrested, sparking outrage in South Korea. Despite agreements for their release, the workers remain detained; South Korea is negotiating for voluntary departures to avoid bans on returning to the U.S. The raid highlights visa system issues, as many workers used short-term or expired visas.
