Black Friday stabbing victim was shopping for son

After going to the restroom, Luna was attacked by Robert Weldon Fields, who had been there for 45 minutes. Despite serious injuries, Luna survived two surgeries and remains hospitalized. Fields fled, but was arrested days later at a DART station. He denied the stabbing, claiming Luna would be dead if he had done it. Fields has a lengthy criminal record and was out on bail for prior charges. Luna’s family is fundraising for his medical bills and seeking prayers for his recovery.
