Charges upgraded on Saenger Theatre shooting suspect
SUMMARY: Charges have been upgraded to capital murder against Marcus Sanders, accused in the Saenger Theatre shooting in Mobile that killed Carl, a man attending a children’s dance recital with his daughter.
