19 facing felony charges after Operation ‘Rotten Egg’ leads to major drug seizures in George Coun…
SUMMARY: Operation Rotten Egg has led to the arrest of 14 individuals, with five still wanted, after a major drug bust in George County. Authorities seized 623 grams of methamphetamine, 86 doses of hydrocodone, and 38 doses of oxycodone, along with multiple semi-automatic guns. The arrests followed 31 undercover drug buys targeting traffickers and gangs in Jackson and George counties. The 19 suspects face felony charges including possession, trafficking, and conspiracy. Mississippi Public Safety Commissioner Shawn Tindle emphasized the operation’s role in protecting communities from drug-related harm.

As a result of the operation, 19 individuals are facing felony charges related to drug trafficking and distribution.
