Mississippi to receive $1.1M from antitrust settlement with Suboxone maker
SUMMARY: Mississippi is set to receive $1.1m from a $102.5m settlement with Indivior, the maker of opioid addiction treatment Suboxone. The pharmaceutical company has been accused of using illegal means to switch the Suboxone market from tablets to film while destroying the market for tablets in order to preserve its drug monopoly.
