Chevron Pascagoula donates Mobile Command Vehicle to Jackson County Sheriff's Department

East Central High to represent Mississippi at NASA Human Rover Exploration Challenges
SUMMARY: East Central High School's science club is heading to Huntsville, Alabama to compete in NASA's human exploration Rover challenge. They have built their own Rover and are the only team from Mississippi. The competition involves racing through obstacles and completing challenges, all designed and built by students. The team believes that failures make them better and are excited to prove themselves this year. The competition is student-led and aims to get students involved in scientific exploration. East Central High is one of 72 teams competing, and teamwork is a key to their success. The competition has been around for over 20 years, with a new obstacle course this year.
Students of East Central High School are traveling to Huntsville, Ala. to compete in NASA's Human Exploration Rover Challenge.
